I am a resident in counseling in Virginia and an alumni of Old Dominion University. I believe that all facets of my therapeutic work should incorporate cultural humility and multicultural knowledge. My aim is to offer my clients a secure environment where they can investigate their present concerns, examine their past experiences, and constructively shape their identity. Finding the ideal counselor might be challenging when it comes to vulnerability. I would like to encourage you to investigate this and learn from it in a connection with affirming and helpful counseling.
My eclectic approach tailors treatment to your goals using CBT, Person-Centered, Feminist, and Narrative Therapies. I offer individual and relationship counseling for adults 18+, with experience working with both monogamous and ethically non-monogamous clients. Specialties include LGBTQ+ & BIPOC support, attachment work, gender exploration, neurodiversity affirming therapy, sex therapy, trauma therapy, and more.
